You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share them with others. Accounts must be accessed at least once every 12 months to remain active. Shady Rays reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that are inactive, compromised, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
All content on the services, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Shady Rays and protected under intellectual property laws. You may use content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying content without permission is prohibited and may result in account termination. Copyright infringement claims may be submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, with counter-notices allowed if material was removed in error.
You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to exploit minors, send unsolicited messages, impersonate others, or interfere with platform operations. This includes using automated tools, spreading harmful software, or attempting unauthorized access. Participation in referral programs requires providing accurate information and may be limited to individuals within the United States. Mobile or SMS subscriptions consent to recurring messages and may incur standard message and data rates, with opt-out available at any time.
Shady Rays may monitor activity, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms and may cooperate with legal authorities when required. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. Colors and sizes may differ from digital displays. Prescription eyewear is provided according to the user’s prescription; Shady Rays does not provide medical or optometric guidance.
The S|R Rewards program allows members to earn points through qualifying purchases and actions. Points can be redeemed for benefits once thresholds are reached. Membership is limited to U.S. residents of legal age, and each person may maintain only one account. Points are awarded based on qualifying spending and exclude taxes or fees. Tier levels—Member, Bronze, Silver, and Gold—are determined by annual spending and affect earning rates and benefits. Points expire after 365 days, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold. The program may be modified or terminated at any time, and accounts may be closed for fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Your use of the services is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Shady Rays and affiliates do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Liability for damages arising from service use is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, capped at $100 USD. You agree to indemnify Shady Rays from claims or losses arising from your actions or violations of these terms.
Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration, with class actions waived. Opt-out of arbitration is available within 30 days of agreeing to the terms. Arbitration follows rules administered by the American Arbitration Association. California residents have additional consumer protections and may contact the Department of Consumer Affairs for assistance.

Returns and exchanges are generally free within 30 days, with prepaid labels provided. Certain items, including mystery pairs, outlet, and final-sale products, are excluded. Prescription eyewear returns require coordination with our optical team. Shipping carriers control delivery once orders leave our facilities; reshipment of undelivered orders may be possible under specific conditions. Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout, with no retroactive adjustments.
